Consistent quality, happy customer

What's the deal with returns? If I don't like the sauna, is it a pain to send back?

I returned a mat once, and it wasn't too bad. Just had to cover the shipping back, which was expected for a larger item.

They have a pretty standard return window, I think 30 days. You'd probably need to pay for return shipping, especially for something as big as a sauna, but it's doable.

I went with Therasage because of the full spectrum thing, and it seemed more portable for my space. HigherDOSE looks cool too, but Therasage fit my budget better.

My friend has HigherDOSE, and it's good, but I liked that Therasage's saunas seemed a bit more comprehensive in terms of the different infrared types. Plus, sometimes Therasage has better sales.

Are these saunas actually safe? Like, heard some stuff about EMFs and wanna make sure I'm not frying myself lol.

Yeah, they claim to be low EMF. I mean, all electronics have some but they specifically mention it's designed to minimize it. I felt pretty comfortable with it.

From what I read, they focus on that. There are always going to be some EMFs from anything electrical, but these are supposedly designed with shielding. I haven't noticed any issues.

For me, it was pretty quick. I think mine got to me in like 5-7 business days to Houston, so Dallas should be similar.

Ordered a heating pad last month, and it was maybe a week to get to Florida. Saunas might be a bit longer cause they're bigger, but probably still under 2 weeks I'd guess.
